We only hire dog walkers who have a lifetime passion and respect for animals, as well as a track record of exceptional performance, reinforced by several personal and professional references. To ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our customers and their pets, we do thorough background checks on all of our dog walkers. For the sake of our customers and their dogs, we go the additional mile at every stage of the interview process.

Yes, all of our Pet Care Professionals have current Fido Spot client references that we are happy to share with you! All potential employees must submit multiple personal and professional references before being considered for a position at Fido Spot.

Yes. The second dog in the same household is half the regular price as an added bonus.

Yes. We are accustomed to the elements as SF residents; rain or shine, your Fido Spot dog walker will be there for your furry friend. For inclement weather, we are happy to provide any extra care and will follow any specific instructions for your pup before, during, and after their walks to ensure they are comfortable, clean, and happy.

Fido Spot hopes that you will continue to be a client for the life of your dog, but we understand that this contract may come to an end at some point. Fido Spot requests that you contact us a week in advance to cancel our services so that our walker has enough time to adjust. For unexpected service interruptions, we have a 5-day cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect our employees' earnings. If you are moving to a different area of San Francisco, we will be happy to continue walks in your new location; we ask that you give us the same 5-day notice, if possible, so that we can plan accordingly to adjust your existing walker's schedule and set up a meet and greet with your dog's new walker.
